4 stars for Lori because she really helped us out through a pickle when traveling.
Our car key stopped working about 7 hours outside of Vegas so we had to have a friend ship it over-night from Vegas to our hotel. It was hectic for us but she helped us right away and our friend was able to ask for her when he arrived to ship the key.
HOWEVER we were given different arrival time options at different costs. We went with 'by 10:30am' for just under $50..could of went with a 'by noon' for cheaper but wanted it ASAP. Unfortunately the key did not arrive till right before noon due to a 'mechanical issue' so that was a little frustrating and kept us anxious and on edge thinking the key wasn't ever going to show..
Anyhow I can't blame Lori at UPS in Vegas for that so thanks Lori.
