Do not book a car through Hertz. We made a reservation on hertz.com months in advance. Today is two weeks before our pick up date and we needed to move up our pick up time 2 hours. Couldn't do it online, so we called for days and nobody answers the phone. We stopped in the store, had to wait 20 minutes to be helped, and once it was our turn, they couldn't find our reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, they finally found it. The guy then told us they can't change our pick up time online because we booked the car off a weird website. We explained we booked off hertz.com, and he said to change our pick up time we had to do it online ( something we already explained we couldn't). We were told by the employee that cars come in 5 minutes before customers pick them up and that there is nothing he could do. Place was dirty and customer service was awful.
