Customer service is really great here, and they are upfront about the work that they do. Plus, because the customer waiting area literally is right next to the service area, you can literally see what the techs are doing while you wait, and there's only two spaces for service like with most Jiffy Lube locations (in my experience).
I came here to get my oil and battery checked. Oil was 3/4 full, they topped it off for me for free. Checked battery as I was about to take a final drive from AZ to CA and wanted to minimize risk of battery failure along the way - battery was fine too with over 80% charge.
Free could not be any better :)
