I am sad to say that I will NEVER go here again. I've been twice and Michelle was wonderful. It is too bad the owners are so extremely rude to their paying customers. I called to make an appointment and was told that they aren't taking any more appointments because they need to save room for walk-ins but that they could take my name and I could come in at 5:30 and wait. I asked what is the difference between you taking my name for 5:30 vs making an appointment and the guy on the phone started yelling at me and said that I don't understand business and once I try to run a business then I could come back and talk to them!!!!!!! WOW! He was still yelling at me when I hung up on him. I am so completely appalled at the way I was spoken to and treated. They have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go here. I can only imagine how their employees are treated if this is how they treat their customers.
