When I first reviewed this place, I think I was at a loss for good southern BBQ. Now that I've eaten at Haps a few times, I've noticed a few of the annoying things they do with their food. First, when you come to Haps, you never smell smoking meat, which makes me wonder if they smoke their own BBQ, or they buy it precooked from a distributor. I've seen them use the microwave to heat their baked beans and their pulled pork, which makes me think they don't cook the BBQ in house. Their food is certainly better than fast food, but maybe not as good as some other BBQ places in the Valley
