I seriously could not be happier with this dealership or this manufacturer! True, it would have been better had my 2013 CR-V NOT experienced severe chipping on its hood, but AMAZING that Honda stood behind their product and repainted it at NO CHARGE to me!! And, do you think it took me going to my service advisor, Mike Culbertson, ranting and raving, causing a scene, to get this taken care of? NO! I voiced my concern to Mike, showed him the chips, and he took pictures. A few days later, I received a call from Mike that Honda would repaint my hood as a one-time goodwill warranty repair at no charge to me! Not only that, but Joey Elmblad and his crew in the Collision Center did a GREAT job! A paint job perfectly blended, I was so pleased! I would definitely recommend this dealership! My next car will be a Honda and it will come from AutoNation!
