11/20/16 @3:17am - just went through the drive thru, 3rd car in the line. Apparently "the system is down" so we cannot order any food. We continue through and lo and behold, two employees sitting at a table eating, one of them being the one with the drive thru mic on his head.
I was tempted to take a picture of them but to the peruse of my wife, did not.
What good is 24-hour fast food when it's not really 24-hour? We ended up going to the gas station next door. During this 15 minute time period, we observed 6 cars going straight through the drive thru as well... Turn your lights off or something, geez.
