By far the worst hospital facility i've ever been in. Been in twice. First time I took my 4 yr old for a really bad rash and fever... it looked crazy, but apparently to James Preddy, the rash looked like "welts" "like i had beat my son".... i was so appalled by his response, literally in shock. I drew back my anger and went on to say "i can assure you i don't beat my son. It's definitely not that." Such a smart ass guy. He gave my son meds for allergies, i went about my way and that should've been the last time i'd ever go there. A week later i'm back with my son, because his body broke out in this crazy rash again, with a slight cough this time. I was suppose to make an appt with my sons primary Dr. for an allergy test after the first visit, I do take all blame for failing to make the appt on time due to starting a new 9-5 job and being a single mother, it's not an excuse... STILL! That gives him no right to treat anyone how he had treated me, as soon as he comes in to the room it begins. "Why didnt you make the appointment after you first came in, since you're so worried about his condition" i felt guilty enough but he had to continue. My anxiety was all rattled up after his bashing on me, so of course i started tearing up... tearing up. He had the audacity to call me hysterical. Hahaha. Worst experience in my life ever. I brought up the comment that he had made from my first visit to that E.R. and he said i was accusing him of accusing me of beating my son... first off I NEVER SAID HE ACCUSED ME. He said "i'm the person who can take your child away if i believe you're beating your child". Then he called in a nurse to be his witness, this nice blonde lady who said absolutely nothing to me until he left the room. After all this had happened, i contacted HR or whoever who in the end sent me a letter stating "we are sorry you FELT we did not meet expectations of care blah blah"..... FELT. This was never about my feelings. All in all, this company does not care about you. Even if there are really great dr's with them, my experience with this unprofessional and miserable man outweighed every single visit i've ever made to Dignity Health. Such disgusting service.
