I'll start by saying that Rene was the saving grace here, if it weren't for her customer service, and patience, I would be leaving a 1 star review. Upon opening the unit, everything was COVERED in cobwebs and spiders. They clearly don't use a professional exterminator. All my years renting storage units across AZ, and Las Vegas, I've never seen a single bug or spider web. I got bit twice on my neck while moving things in the unit. There were also rat droppings everywhere, and boxes that had mouse/rat chew marks go through the boxes so much that they fell apart upon lifting. Rene offered assistance whenever we asked, and let us borrow a few things to make the visit more pleasant. We would walk in rather agitated with the state of our unit and walk out put at ease, she did a good job at "settling the dust." In my opinion, they need to hire an additional person to work on property. Rene was doing the job of 2-3 people. Every time she had to tend to any of the units, she had to leave the front desk and lock the doors. I can only imagine how much business they've lost because of this. And if they HAVE been using an exterminator, then they need to hire a new one, spraying the outside barrier of all the units should be sufficient... whatever they're doing isn't working.
