Used to be a good shop. Took my car in for tire rotation. The front tires turned out being worn out. They told me I needed new upper and lower control arms. Price was going to be $1,066.00 to replace. Decided to check with my alignment shop first. They told me the control arms are fine and it just needed alignment. Pep Boys clearly trying to rip off customers and up-sell service. Won't go back.
