I've been shopping at this specific Petsmart location for years. After tonight, I'm never going back. My mom and I decided to stop in real quick to buy some cat toys. As we were walking through the store we both noticed an older female employee following us. We ignored her and continued to shop. But she kept following us and would openly stare when my mom or I would pick up an item. (She wasn't stealth about it either.) Apparently if you wear an oversized hoodie to Petsmart, they automatically assume you're going to stuff overpriced cat toys in it. I understand her job includes looking out for shoplifters but I find it incredibly insulting she assumed I was going to steal just by looking at my appearance.. My mom and I still purchased some kitty toys which we regret because they fell apart as soon as we took the packaging off.
