Wish I could assign negative stars. We moved last October and, thanks to the complete disregard of my marked boxes and verbal instructions, boxes designated for basement storage were left in the garage, second floor bedrooms were in the basement. My 67 year old husband was left to struggle to get the boxes moved, slipped a disc in his back and ended up with back surgery in December. We spent so much time concerning ourselves with his recovery, we missed the deadline for filing claim for the many damaged and destroyed items. We're still trying to get the glue off our wood furniture left by the packing tape they wrapped around it and my beautiful Tiffany lamp is destroyed. Boxes are still unpacked as hubby can only do so much at this point. Run as fast as you can from this company.
