Not very responsive via email or phone (seems like they're really busy?). But looks like they are pretty set with their online booking system (even though it had the wrong phone number on the reservation confirmation).
Shop was easy to find, and location was perfect for trails. They had great recommendations for beginner loops.
The trails themselves were fun and the scenery was just amazing. Wish we had more time to ride more during the day. Rental bikes were a breeze on the trails.
We were there at the end of April. Temps hitting high 80's during the day.
For timing, get there as early (7am) as possible. We were off the trails by 10am, and you could feel the heat. Lots and lots of water!
