This place has really gone downhill. My central air conditioning didn't work all summer and in fact it was discovered by the repairman that it was as actually sending hot water through my apartment heated my it over 80 degrees in Vegas summer! My hot water heater went out and I had no hot water after for a week and they refused to take any money off my rent. They stored the old hot water heater on my balcony where it leaked for three days and ruined my patio furniture. They turn the water off every week without notice and when I complained they said that each and every shut off was because of "emergencies" yet I see the workers renovating an empty apartment. There are lights out in the common areas that I alerted them about months ago that never get changed. Whenever it rains, water leaks in through my bedroom windowsill and risks ruining by bedroom furniture, the last time it rained the ceiling in my hot water heater closet caved in and I had to clean it up myself. All they are concerned about here is collecting your money, they have no respect for you as a tenant once they have your money.
There are better deals in other apartment complexes in the area. Save your money and your peace of mind and move somewhere that actually cares about treating their tenants with respect. Avoid this place at all costs!
Note below: some nameless person has answered my review and suggested in a most generic, boilerplate way that I should contact the office to address my concerns. I have been to the office and addressed my concerns too many times to count. The owners of this complex do not care about their tenants at all. But if you are one minute late on their money (which I have never been) they make sure a threatening notice is in your door waiting for you in a heartbeat!
