Tried this place tonight for the first time after hearing about it from several sources. I was intrigued by the description of hell chips on the appetizer menu. I normally love buffalo sauce and eat it with burgers, Mac n cheese, cheese crisps etc. but these chips were so drenched in it that they weren't even crunchy when they arrived at the table. After a few chips, my water was gone and couldn't find our waitress for a refill. When she returned we asked for a side of ranch to eat the chips. Burger was ok but nothing so special to go back for. I'd rather go to red robin for a better burger and fresher bun. Then I could get free fry refills too. Too many other places to pick from in the area.
