Since moving to the valley 5 years ago I've been struggling to find a really good Chinese restaurant. Especially one that sells real Chinese food. I ordered the dan dan noodles and the pork in sweet been sauce. Both were really good. I didn't know what to expect with either dish but was pleasantly surprised with both. The noodles are spicy but not so much that the other flavors of the dish are hidden. And the sauce used on the pork was very simple but worked well with the perfectly cooked pork. They have a large menu full of all your American Chinese favorites as well as a lot of traditional foods. The traditional menu seems to focus on foods from Sichuan province but there are lots of recipes from other regions as well, so even if you don't like spicy food, it's worth checking out the Chinese menu!
