The people that work the front desk here are very friendly, but they seem to have no way of accessing service records for vehicles that are in the shop. This means that every time I called to check the status of my repair they had to find one specific person to look into it for me (not quickly mind you). The shop missed the original completion date, but did not call to let me know (luckily I called ahead). They then missed the second agreed upon time because someone burned my fender with a buffer and they had to re-paint it. This was a little annoying but mistakes happen and I told them it was no problem. The gentleman who gave me the unfortunate news said he would fill the gas up for me and detail the car. Well... they filled the gas up, but then they smeared glossy detailer all over the plastic surfaces inside my car and left a wet rag sitting on the seats. So now I get to spend an hour wiping this stuff off the surfaces inside my car. The parking is also complete trash. I would recommend going somewhere else.
