Careful, kids. You *will* get bedbugs here. Room 810 is where it happened. I found a bedbug on my pillow one morning, smushed it, and immediately called down to the front desk. What happened over the next day and a half was appalling. They told me they found no other bugs, I showed them the bites on my arm, they told me I probably brought them in, I mentioned that before that stay, I had been in a hospital with my dad who has cancer (side note - the GM Brian never said anything human to that like, "hey sorry about that" - it felt really icky and kind of cruel), they wouldn't clean my stuff at first, eventually they caved and did it, they lost one of my favorite scarves in taking my clothes to the cleaners... it was a nightmare.
Soooooo, long story short, they haven't treated the room. Be very careful staying at this hotel. There *are* bedbugs. And maybe some of the meanest staff I have ever met.
