Honestly I don't understand the receptionist at the front desk no help. I've called 10 times in the past two weeks about the amount of bird crap all over dolce. By my bedroom window where I can smell it when the sun is hitting it. Bird poop all over my door. I've attempted 5 times to talk to the facility manager but he's busy (not doing anything). And finally the pest control guy comes and was like this is an easy fix when he went on the roof but explained that cam doesn't want to do it. Is it hard to put up spikes so I don't have to smell bird poop all day? Maybe someone will call me but read every review, this company has no interest in the people who rent from them. Literally I could get a BB gun, some Clorox, and string to fix the problem but that's above some of their capabilities. Our neighbors complain and they get the same response. Can someone in the "company" call me so I can talk to people wanting to help? Just one person this bird situation could be solved in less then a week with my bare hands. I'm willing to do it for them. Overall the office people suck and the facility manager doesn't do anything, train the man he needs it big time. Ryan is the only good employee, props to him.
