I have a stoppage situation in my new home I haven't lived in for a full month. American Home Shield does not answer the phone despite their fake hold time estimates when you call. I made 2 service requests online and both Plumbers they gave me did not even bother to call me. I had to call both of them and they didn't have any appointments available until the end of the week. Currently my family of 3 is showering at a friend's house 25 minutes away. We can't use the toilets or showers. This is ridiculous!!!! Terrible company!
