I was surprised to see negative review since I have has nothing but outstanding experiences with Fetch over the last 4 years. We travel frequently and always appreciate knowing our two cates (and plants) will be well loved when we are gone. Our cats always look contented in the pictures Fetch sends during each visit, even the persnickety one. During one trip, after realizing we hadn't received the usual visit email, I checked an realized I had scheduled the wrong dates. Fetch responded immediately and sent someone over in minutes. Just one example of their responsiveness and caring.
