Update: I received a call from the rink manager which I greatly appreciate. After a lengthy conversation I feel as though my frustrations and concerns have been addressed. It is also refreshing to see management that takes the time to reach our address these issues. I've changed my rating to 3 stars.
On 2/17 My husband I come here to skate regularly. We enjoy the DJ services they have on Friday and Saturday. The music is a great mix and makes it more fun. The staff never recut the ice 1/2 way through the skate session. As a result, it was covered in snow and was difficult to skate on. When asked why they didn't do it, "the skate session is only 2 1/2 hrs long." Actually, no it is 3 hours long. The manager, Jessica, did not even know how the session ran for. She had poor attitude and spent the entire night hiding in the back or on her cell phone. Not one of the employees ever went into the ice to monitor the skaters or the ones playing tag and knocking each other over into people.
