I took my car back into Team Ford after they reached out to me. Let me say I will not be going there ever again. First, I had my car towed in because my check engine light was on and would not stay started. They called me and told me that I needed a battery so I bought a battery at $150.00. Then I paid them another $150.00 for a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my car. After the diagnosis they called and told me they needed another $1,000.00 to find out exactly what was wrong with it. However, they told me that the same codes were coming up on the car but they could not be for sure. So I came and got my car without them fixing it. I took my car somewhere else and they told me that the codes that came up told them I needed a new throttle body and PCM. Then I find out from this other shop that Ford knew that 2007-2008 Fusions had problems with their PCM. But of course Ford did not do a recall on the PCM's. I thought I would give them another shot but I got ripped off. For me they are nothing but scam artist!!! Stay clear of Team Ford Service and they talk about that award they won they need to take that award and stick it where the sun does not shine!!!!!
