Front desk girl was in the back for 15 minutes with patients in the waiting room trying to get checked in. She asked us, "How long have you been standing here?" Proceeded to wait over an hour and a half to be seen, with only three patients in front of me. Not too speedy... They also neglected on the previous 6 visits to this office, to copy my insurance info and file it! I have had better service at the ER, and I'm starting to think the $2500 bill would be worth it to not wait! Check in time 6:25 pm. Still waiting at 7:55 to be seen.
