I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to move. This has been the worst HOA I've ever experienced. They nit pick any small imperfection. I lived in a unit that was downstairs and to get to my door you had to walk beneath the staircase that leads to the unit upstairs. Right behind that was my bedroom window. The screen apparently had a small bend in it and they sent me a letter saying to fix it. I replaced it and a few months later they complained about the same window and threatened to fine me $1000. Placed the kitchen rugs out on the porch long enough to mop and received a letter about that. There was a dirty smudge on the wall the size of a dime (not sure what it was), got a letter about that. These are just a few of many examples. After speaking with my neighbors, I was 1 of many who were harassed constantly. Just beware of that if you decide to live here. I couldn't wait for my lease to end. The place itself wasn't bad besides the water pressure, it was the worst. Oh and when I was moving I was told that I could not have my uhaul there overnight even though I had to wait until the next day to be inspected.
