Tried it for the first time today at 11am.. the place was pretty much empty, but I had to stand around and wait for my Hot Turkey to-go for a looooong time. I noticed a LOT of employees, but none of them were really too concerned about getting the food out. They were all nice, but it was making me nervous how they were all just walking about, almost pacing. My sandwich is pretty much amazing though. Perfectly toasted outside with this ridiculously good cranberry walnut bread - my mind is blown right now! Delish! Try it, but make sure you intend on sitting a while... the place has excellent ambiance and lots of really cool places to sit and enjoy your leisurely lunch! I'll be back for sure.
