Minus one star because most of the SAs are very unfriendly and seemingly ignored me during two of my visits. No warm greeting or even a head nod to acknowledge my presence upon walking in.
The 4 stars are for the only bright spot at this location. Pedro.
Pedro was the ONLY sales associate to say hello and ask if I needed help. He assisted my husband in picking out a cute leather hobo and matching sandals in March 2016. There was a mix up in the color of the sandals and we didn't notice until we returned to Los Angeles. Pedro immediately sent us a free shipping label and I had the correct sandals within a few days.
We returned for NYE and he actually stayed after his normal shift as I picked out a new bag and sandals. After changing my mind a few times I selected a limited edition leather piece.
