I give this place 1 star and that is for the appearance of the nail salon. The first time I went there, the girl and the front desk dropped a polish on the floor and it got all over my shoe... she then tried to clean the floor and my shoe with acetone...DESTROYED my shoe!! The owner came over and told me "next time dont put it on the arm rest of the pedicure chair". I let that comment slide.
The lady doing my pedicure stated that they blamed her for breakin the polish...that upset me because it was neither my fault or her fault, but the receptionist fault. When I was leaving I asked the owner if he recommended anything for cleaning my shoe and he stated "oh you have to look that up, we dont know anything about that" that pissed me off!!! He was not concerned at all about his employee ruining my shoe, but the floor of his establishment.
My second time visiting the shop...I thought what the heck...let me give them one more try since the lady that did my nails did a good job and the lady who did my pedicure didnt do too bad either....welp the lady who did my nails, no longer works there and the owner greeted me with a "what do u want today" I would like a manicure sir, but I have questions... "ok pick out your color"
Im thinking sir did you not hear me, i said i have a few questions...
He ignored me and started helping other customers that came through the door...
Once he finally stopped to "listen"...he then tried to talk me into "just get a full set...that will be better for you, just pick out a color" and walked off...
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone because both of my visits there, I felt like they were all about the money, not personable or concerned with what you want, but rather what THEY think is best.
Im sure people will go because it looks nice and they have some good techs, but the owner amd his customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
