If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is ridiculous and unprofessional. If the actual owners knew the service they were paying for they just might use another company. They are horrible at call backs and answering the phone in general. Mike is our property manager but you can never seem to get him so Crystal does it and it's the same with her. When we extended our lease it took them a month just to get us the paperwork. I moved out recently and my friend's boyfriend took the lease over...it was like pulling teeth to have the process done. An we STILL had to follow up with them constantly to find out the status and to even get the addendum. Word to the wise if you're renting and this is the property management company find something else and save yourself the headache.
