Been here a couple of times over the past 2 years and for the most part the Service Writers have always been great. Always went the extra step, unfortunately I can't say the same thing for their mechanics!
Now I've never met one of the mechanics but boy they sure do know how to waist time it seams. I ones had a starter replaced, which I was told is a 2 hour job, well, it took the mechanic almost 6 hours and I was waiting!!!
Another time, I was in for some regular maintenance and thank goodness, the wife and I decided to have some lunch right after, right around the corner from the dealership. Why, you might ask, well, thats because I got a call from the service writer, telling me that the mechanic apparently left some tools under the hood! WHAIT WHAT!!!???
No, seriously, I ran into the parking lot, opened the hood and on top of the engine was a wrench, next to the battery was a flashlight and a screwdriver... Come on now, really...!
