I almost never leave reviews, but my experience with Quality Alterations was so poor I felt I had to warn others. My whole saga is too long to type, but the bottom line is I asked for 3 jackets to be altered and was promised I would have them back 1 week later. They were not ready, and I was told to come back the next day. They were not ready the next day so I was told they would be delivered to my house the following day. They were not. I went the following Tuesday at QA's stated opening time (9:30am) and waited til 10 but nobody ever showed up. I came back that afternoon and was told my jackets were not ready. They were promised to be delivered to my house Friday at 3pm - they were not. Finally they were delivered Saturday - 8 days after they were promised and after costing me hours of time stopping by when they weren't ready and rescheduling meetings to be home at times when deliveries were promised but never happened. Stay away!!
