Nice decor and atmosphere ruined by snobby staff. Just visited there for a friend's birthday party who had spent something like $600 for bottle service only to be treated like crap by the staff there. Staff failed to attend to the bottle service and while we had paid for at least 3 bottles we only managed to get them to replenish it once before most people started heading home for the night. If that wasn't bad enough staff started denying people access to the patio past a certain time. I understand that they have to keep crowds under control at a certain point but when the washrooms and ATM are inside and the private booth is outside...well, you see the problem. With the bottle service unattended to and the ATM no longer accessible people started getting bored and left for greener pastures (ideally one where you were allowed to use the washroom then rejoin your group). Which was for the best, because if people had access to the ATM and resorted to ordering drinks from the bar they would have just discovered that the drinks at the bar were watered down and overloaded with ice (at least they weren't too expensive...relatively speaking)
