We booked as a guest and not as a owner at this timeshare resort. Soon as we got here my billing was messed up which haunted me till check out at 430am the day of departure, I wasn't allowed express check out because of their errors. This is a very small sized apartment complex turned Hotel/Time share. There is a lot of locked gates to your condo, once you see the neighborhood it is in you will understand. If you like walking in the morning you can walk around the condo unit but not advised to go much farther out the gate, we did but it is very busy, smells and a load of homeless in this area will ask for help. They hold cups out at the intersections walking between cars. Not very resort feeling. But the condo common areas do feel more resort like with a nice pool, spa, a ping-pong table, some odd putting green thing. A few distance scattered grills and with three items to work out on in their gym you defiantly get the over-crowded resort feel. I have seen this pretty common at these Vegas timeshare places though. So retreat to your room do some cloths washing in the nicely stocked area, and make a drink, there is one ice machine on site, ice makers in rooms don't work. Then a in room spa, if yours works, ours didn't and no one cared it seems to be pretty normal that they are broke. So it is a little warm and you just checked in at 9 pm room is 80 but it is 70 outside, but their knowledgable staff is equipped to fix it. Praise the lord! We had just unpacked! This was a plus! Then watch the TV perhaps your tired from the trip, right? As you relax with at least one condo unit between you and the busy road and about 150 feet it is amazing how high you have to turn up TV to hear it, and the sound is so tinty......escaping for a minute for the ice, you return to the bottom stair of your upstairs condo to hear your neighbor's TV just blaring, but then when you enter you condo you hear it is your TV! OMG I am my father! So you give up on the TV, besides you had to switch batteries on remotes to get the living room one working and power it up and down three times before it made connection to stations. Sleep it must be then, a big day coming in the city of Lost Wages, right? But the room door opens right into the bed and you have to fall on it so your wife can exit room, but then when you step on the floor it crackles and you just know it is close to falling in and you feel like a genius because you got a top floor room. Bring your sleeping pills to because between the hard bed, the cars racing down Flamingo and the busy parking lot you will need one with a stiff drink to sleep the night here. This must be a very expensive time share also because at the once a week Owner Continental Breakfast several people where hauling out boxes of the food they provided. As motel staff stopped one three others were going out a different door! It was a hoot to watch full grown adults ripping off the cheap continental breakfast items, By the Box Load! I give this place a two star because they employ so many people and that is good for the economy, they are busting their ass to keep this place clean for sure, and a good thing for them. Not many of them know English though so Spanish is helpful if you need any help. Otherwise you will have to go through the desk for and special request. But location wise and bad management of room design, maintenance and office staff and variable pricing issues associated with resort fees makes this a goto at your own risk facility. A plus is just down the road also is the all famous Gold Coast. And with a reward card you can get a damn good 6.99 breakfast buffet. Drive down with your rental, park on top floor of parking garage if bottom is full and go down stairs. It is early and no lines then talk to the staff at the resturant too they will make you smile, and always tip your waitperson.
