Cindy Bagwell and Pete Wilkins from AutoNation Toyota are the most helpful sales associates. They are very upfront and honest without being offensive at all. We felt no pressure buying a car that same day (Black Friday) and in fact, Pete even suggested to sleep on it and see if we are good with the terms, numbers, and the car itself. He assured us that one car we wanted would still be there when we come back--and it was! Cindy was very helpful even after the sale was done. Even before we started entertaining the thought of buying, she was very instrumental with getting back to us immediately and with information from the internet price, options, rebates, etc. She is very responsive even with calls, texts, or e-mails.
