Terrible customer service!!!!Store was busy no one said hi so I left. Came back 3 days later asked for a size 7 boot She brought out 8.5 for me to see if I liked it then she could check Westlake store. Saw in the computer there was a 7.5 at this store Took 20min looking for the 7.5 kept saying she was still looking & if the computer says they have it they have it Then she comes over to me and says "hi we don't have it thanks"no offer to get it no sorry for wasting your time, nothing. Will never shop here! I'll continue to go to nordstroms (they have the same boots).
