Took my truck in yesterday for a tuneup, oil change and brakes. Talked with Doug the day before. I had called around so new the basic price of what the quote would be. Doug quoted me $75 less than anyone-even other goodyear dealers. Dropped my truck off and explained to him that if they found anything else wrong to write me a list. When i picked it up, there was no up sell. No added charges. He said they only found a couple things (things i already knew about). So he was 100% honest with me. I appreciate that. Will def go back!
