I had such a wonderful experience at Bistro 9101. I had the house Merlot, frittes with truffle oil, bacon wrapped scallops with blue cheese risotto, and creme brûlée. Everything was excellent! The food came out quickly and the server was very friendly and efficient. The managers and chef could not be more accommodating. Easily five stars. Our entire table was pleased. This restaurant is a great new addition to the area and brings in many gourmet food options that can be hard to find. I will definitely be back soon!
