For YELP and all of you reading this post. The Chief Compliance officer and other senior staff obviously continuously monitor YELP, based on the many review responses that are on this site, and most likely will respond to this one and probably try to have YELP remove it. Keeping in mind that any urgent care facility, including the ER, takes a long time to get treatment, this particular facility seems to have dropped the ball in other areas as well, some of which I noticed did not receive a response from FastMed. If you have any problems with your service, please do not let them intimidate you like they did to me. I forwarded a complaint for them to resolve about being turned away by one of their front desk staff for having insurance that they actually do accept, and their response was to send me a threatening email saying that their senior staff would monitor sites like this one and wanted to get my picture... probably to have me banned from all FastMed locations just for telling the truth. If you've received good care from this Chandler facility, that's great, but do not let them intimidate you! IS THIS ETHICAL OR LEGAL? You decide for yourself. You've been warned
