Most Pathetic and Ridiculous Apartment Complexes to have ever lived in my entire life. Not clean, always have issues like water being switched off, deep holes being dug everywhere for like months and utilities as well and the Horrific Management Staff whether "Old or New", over everything. They love to Nickel & Dime about everything, and DO NOT like to give peoples' deposit back even if everything is given back to them in good standing. They make up reasons & excuses so it doesn't hurt their revenues. Everyone tells you a different story. From their Agents to their Lying Managers. Thats why they keep rotating them after all. Apart from my case, many people have also LOST their deposit here at Flagstone. When one leaves they have a tendency to charge you an extra month worth of utilities so one not only has to completely lose their deposit, but also get another bill on top of that. And if one catches their mistake they have all sorts of attitude and are not willing to accept it. My humble advice and suggestion to all the people out there looking to move in: They will try to lure you with your sweet talks and promises which they will never keep, and you will find out the dirty picture after having to sign the lease & you start living here because everything just "Looks" good from the pictures but reality is very bitter folks. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO FLAGSTONE. Please do yourself a favor, save your money and Yes, There are other places for better prices too. I really hope that helps people!! May Lord save everyone from falling into the evil clutches of Flagstone (Greystar) Apartments in Tempe.
