HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!
I hired them back in July 2015 and they left a horrible taste in my mouth. I paid for a detailed deep cleaning (move in) I went over all the specifications with the woman on the phone and even requested for specific items to be done. I just wanted the house to be cleaned and move in ready (the house was not in bad shape at all to begin with). I was truly disappointed when I inspected their work and saw that the house looked in the same exact condition that it was before they 'cleaned'. When I ran my fingers over the walls in my shower there was a white powdery film as if it was never even touched. I was very upset and called the company and was told a supervisor would call me back. When the 'supervisor' 'owner' or who ever it was called me back they told me they were told not to do anything further for me because I had already left a bad review for them so what would be the point of trying to fix anything for me. This company was highly unprofessional and to this day 7 months later I feel strongly enough to write another review on them. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Read their responses to some of the complaints on the thumbtack site- they are so rude to their customers. Save your money and aggravation and use a different company.
