Honestly, it's a bummer to have to give this hospital so few stars. Maybe it's just us but it doesn't seem that way. Each time we go in for an appointment, something is forgotten. I did a drop off for my two dogs in December (2017) for comprehensive exams. I asked for one dog to have his anal glands expressed (as checked off on the drop off form and told to the vet tech) as well as trimming his one duclaw that was missed. Neither of those happened and my dogs were there for roughly 8.5 hours. Also, now my heartworm meds have to be mailed which is fine, but when I called because I had not received them, I was told someone had put that I picked them up (which isn't even possible with the kind my dogs take). I've also had to go back in or drive back several times when they've forgotten medicine or other items. I will say they are friendly and we really like Dr. Connolly and she is receptive and quick to respond. But I would like to think that they were paying attention to details when it comes to my dogs' health. I've expressed my concerns with the customer service and I hope they fix this issue. I'd love to be able to count on them.
