It took me 3 years of giving these people the benefit of the doubt, but today I have to leave a review. Unfortunately, Century Link just takes money and if you rebuttal a charge, thy send it to collections so you can't do anything but pay it. Terrible experience for me and many of my friends who have had to use them as well. Please do better guys.
