I was visiting from San Diego and I own two small businesses. We stopped here for my sons 10th birthday party before heading back to San Diego, we were greeted by a gentleman named Steven Valencia. We were unsure of what to do in Phoenix. We had a small group of kids and adults to kill some time with for my sons Birthday. Steven and his crew were phenomenal with their customer service and catered to our needs. We have never been to a place like this before. With their customer service and outstanding help we had an AWESOME DAY!!!!!! Owning two businesses you know customer service is number 1!!!!!! Steve and his crew hit it on the nose. Great place, great price, great people if you're in the area or live here, his place rocks for kids and adults. We were all worn out and had a blast.
