A wonderful self -esteem booster and very economical if you want to go a step up from changing a flat or handlebar grips.
The staff (Shawn, Brandon, et al) was very helpful in walking me through the process of adjusting a wobbly back tire by taking it apart, greasing up the hub adding a few more bearinga and putting it back together. Getting that wheel alignment was another matter, but oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day.
Getting my hands extremely filthy was fun and now my bike rides as smooth as silk . For $12 it's awesome.
I will come back to do more adjustments and possibly build my own bike.
Update 11/19 : some older guy walked up to me with a patronizing look asking how simple it was to install a bike rack; I kept working as if he wasn't there. how can one mess up using a 1/4 inch Phillips screwdriver? sheesh.
