I've been in Madison for a year. I moved here from the Bay Area in California and nail services are much cheaper than here, so I have been reluctant to get a manicure and pedicure, which I used to do routinely there. However, I decided to try this place because they had a coupon or some such. It was terrific. The guy who worked with me was named Tom and he was very nice and professional. Both the manicure and pedicure were terrific, and included hot stone massage and parrafin wax. It's more than i paid previously but that's just the going rate in Madison, where I presume there isn't as much competition. The place is big and pleasant and family run and I think the other reviewers are just nit-picking, unfairly so.
