Mike is a super nice guy who obviously cares about his customers. He went above and beyond explaining everything, including our options, and my wife is absolutely thrilled with her computer. Mike got it running lightening fast and made sure it does everything she needs it to. He also did it all very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
