Our experience with TDS Custom Construction has spanned a decade, with first a complete basement remodel undertaken about 10 years ago. The design, the underlying mechanicals, and the construction quality were absolutely the best. Our remodeled basement looks and functions as well now as when it was completed.
Currently we have been working with TDS staff Eric and Nancy on designs for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They have been great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions and indecision, and focused on providing us exactly what we are looking for. In fact, they have been experts at helping us discover what it is we are looking for, even if we can't articulate it very well. They have been very gracious and supportive throughout the process, and we are thrilled with the design plans that are the result.
Having worked now with Sam and his staff at TDS on two different occasions over a decade, we can confidently say that, in our opinion, this is how a custom design-build company should work. That is, customer-focused service, providing innovative design, using sustainable and green building techniques -- all coming together in beautiful and efficient spaces.
