In term of their service, it really depended who was helping you. There was one guy (I forgot his name, but he was short with glasses) was extremely nice, knew all the baby gears and explained everything in details. Then the other day I went, a lady wasn't very friendly... so I guess this is the reasonable why you would see some extreme reviews here from 1 star to 5 stars, nothing in between.
They carry a lot of different brands and they have more items in-store than their website. I strongly recommend you to go to their store to check out their sale and regular items before you buy anything online because YES, their return process is slow and troublesome. When you and /or your wife is pregnant and/or your kids are crying/running around, you really don't have the patient to deal with their return process.
I got my son's crib, dresser, high chair, single full size stroller & double stroller (recently) and some other small items there and so far they are still in good condition, no major problem.
