Extremely glad I found this place. I used to take my BMW for service at the dealership, which I will never do again. Jeremy was honest and straightforward from the start. I had an engine light come on, which was misidentified from my dealer, so I took it to Autohaus and was told I in fact had a completely different issue causing the light to come on. The dealer wanted to replace my vacuum hose and pump to the tune of $2,000+. Jeremy identified that issue as well but said it could wait and was not an urgent matter. He gave me a new, lower quote and explained the issue in depth. The engine light was on due to a crank case cover. (My car has 70K miles FYI.) They fixed that for a couple hundred, and the car runs great. Feels great to save that kind of money and walk away feeling like I was given correct, and straight information. This place is outstanding. I am moving to Columbus OH this month, and I am going to take it in for one more service before I leave, simply because I doubt I'll find an equal shop in my new city.
