Bob Evans has great broasted chicken, just not THIS Bob Evans. We ordered an 8 piece chicken to go, which was advertised as 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and 2 legs. We ordered it for a specific pick up time (an hour and half after calling it in), and ordered two sides, and two gravies. After waiting ten minutes past the pick up time, we got 3 thighs, 2 wings, 2 legs and 1 breast. On top of that, the chicken was dry, old, cold, and disgusting. We only got one of the gravies, and the sides were less than fresh. Unfortunately, this was not the first time we have been disappointed here, but we gave them a second, and a third chance. If you are going to order out for Bob Evans, I suggest you skip the Chardon OH location, and just go to another location. This will be my last time at that restaurant. Gross.
